FOUNDER & CEO

Manav Gaur is a determined technologist and visionary with a strong entrepreneurial drive. As CEO of Monocept, he is determined to build a dynamic organization dedicated to providing software excellence for the clients and their end users. He has worked as a Senior Program Manager with Microsoft and has excelled in delivering products such as multiple versions of Visual Studio, the .NET Compact Framework and Silverlight for Nokia Symbian phones.

GANGADHAR HERALGI

CO-FOUNDER & CTO

Gangadhar Heralgi bring multiple years of experience as a Software Architect in Microsoft and Transworld ICT Solutions. His expertise in building large-scale, high performance, distributed applications plays a major role in helping Monocept’s clients. He is deeply passionate about architecting middleware and backend services for large-scale, transaction-oriented applications.

RAVI KUMAR

CO-FOUNDER & CTO – CLOUD SOLUTIONS

Ravi Kumar is a passionate software developer from Microsoft who loves fixing root causes of issues. He was part of the core Microsoft team developing Visual Phone Developer Tools, Visual Studio, Windows Phone Emulator, and developed migration utilities for BrightStor ArcServe Backup. Under his direction, Monocept’s Mobile & Cloud based Application COE is amongst the most rapidly growing Application teams.

VICE PRESIDENT

Raghava Prasad brings over 2 decades of unprecedented record-setting performance in high-profile global positions. He along with his teams help customers by solving their complex technology challenges and enhancing the performance of business critical applications for both start-ups and world-class enterprises which include the Fortune 500s. He carries a reputation as a network entrepreneur & high-performance team leader. Ably assisted by his team, Raghava plays a major role in the Client Advisory Group at Monocept.

PRANAB DAS

PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT

Pranab has nearly 4 decades of progressive experience as financial controller, engineering manager, and principal architect. He is an innovator with patent and publications. He is a practitioner of earned value project management, object-oriented design/development, MDA, enterprise architecture, technology incubation, etc. He is also a reviewer of papers/proposals for IEEE Transaction on Computers, PMI Research and Education Conference, PMI annual research grant proposals, and Springer journals. He has contributed to the PMBOK® Guide

RAMAMOORTHY SRIDHARAN

DISTINGUISHED ENGINEER

Post his graduation from IIT Madras, Sridharan has given over 25 years of stalwart contribution to Microsoft Redmond, USA. He went on to become a Product Development and Research veteran after working on various projects like Word processer file conversions and a new programming paradigm called Intentional Programming. After playing an active part in varied products like outlook client for domino server, services for UNIX, Fax, Internet explorer, Windows 7, Silverlight, and tools for Windows Phone, he joined Monocept and aligned his expertise with Monocept’s vision.

SHOBHIT JOSHI

SENIOR ENGINEERING MANAGER

Shobhit Joshi, with over 14 years of IT experience, has worked in various technology stacks across industries. He has handled cross functional teams across industries such as Insurance, Media, Banking, Finance & E-Commerce to name a few. He has worked on large scale projects in organizations like Infosys & Microsoft. He plays the roles of senior architect and Engineering manager at Monocept and has been a great asset to the organization.
